The key is to start simple, stay consistent, and make it part of everyday life.

Start by Changing How You Think About Time

Most people wait to “find” time to work out, but free time rarely appears on its own. Instead, it helps to make time. Treat workouts like appointments that can’t be skipped. Even 15 to 20 minutes counts. When exercise becomes part of the daily routine—like brushing teeth or eating breakfast—it stops feeling like an extra task.
